The State of VT Military Department is soliciting bids for the 2025 Repair Base Pavement at the Vermont Air National Guard, Vermont. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification. 2. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, the repair of concrete spalls, cracks, potholes, crack sealing, and the replacement of a concrete slab. 3. The project will be at the Vermont Air National Guard in South Burlington, Vermont. 4. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for VTANG Security Staff to run required background check. 5. For contractors that require access to a VTANG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
