This project requires the contractor to supply all of the materials, equipment, labor And miscellaneous supplies necessary for project completion. No such items are to be Supplied by the owner, unless otherwise specified. D. It is the intent of these contract documents that the contractor provide, upon project Completion, a totally operational system free of physical encumbrances. E. All facilities installed under this contract will become the property of the town of jackson, Wyoming.
