CULVERT INSTALLATION AND OTHER WORK Bridge File 08499, SW 04-75-16-W5M Carrying a Local Road over a Tributary to East Prairie River, 8 km NE of High Prairie Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing three span 6.1 - 8.5 - 6.1 m HH concrete girder bridge on treated timber piles and galvanized steel caps and installation with a new 4610 mm x 39.62 m SPCSP culvert. The crossing is located on Township Road 750 over a Tributary to East Prairie River, 8 km northeast of High Prairie. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of this document for the Contractor's convenience. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: Traffic Accommodation for Bridge Construction Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing Water Management Waterline Relocation Demolition and Disposal of the Existing Bridge Excavation - Structural Additional Sub-Excavation (Deletable) Supply and Install Ballast Rock (Deletable) Supply and Install Additional Clay (Deletable) SPCSP Supply and Assembly Backfill Concrete End Treatments Roadway Work Supply and Install Heavy Rock Riprap (Class 1) Supply and Install Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Rolls) Supply and Install Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Supply and Install Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Supply and Install Class 1M Rock Ditch Drains
