The project consists of two summer projects starting in 2025. Work includes replacement of the existing steam heat system with HW boilers, new unit-ventilators, new fan coil units, new BAS system, new temperature controls, new roofing at Annex, renovations to Modular Building 1 and Modular Building 2, chimney stack reduction. The work includes Roofing at Annex, new heating plant including condensing boilers, pumps, unit ventilators, fan coil units, fin tube radiators, new air handlers in main building, new kitchen make-up air unit, new BAS system, new temperature controls, addition to FAS, renovations to two existing modular classroom buildings.
