Construction is expected to begin April 2025 and be complete by October 2025. Work packages include: Demolition, Building Concrete, Masonry, Modified Bitumen Roofing, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Door Assemblies, Aluminum & Glazing, Floorings & Tilings, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Low Voltage. The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked and addressed as follows: 1. The upper left-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked with the name and address of the bidder. 2. The trade contract package number and description you are bidding shall be written on the cover of the envelope. 3. The lower left-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked: Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted.
