Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Milford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Remove, reinstall, and reinforce granite and rubble masonry wall areas as necessary to provide new flashing at the Milford Youth Center headhouse building. Provide new zinc/tin alloy coated copper (ZTCC) through-wall flashing where shown on the headhouse elevation drawings (generally over openings). Provide new reglet-set ZTCC flashing, trench liner waterproofing, and drainage system at the base of the north, east, and south elevations of the headhouse. Remove and restore interior finishes on the 1st and Mezzanine (2nd) floors as required to provide the new flashing and repair existing water damage at openings. Repair existing interior gypsum finish wall openings and trim at four locations. The GC is responsible for providing onsite office space and facilities, material storage locations, work area access (e.g., pipe staging, temporary protection, barricades, fences, etc.), security, and general site cleanup and maintenance and hardscape/landscaping repair. 2. Project mobilization including insurance. The Owner will pay for Building, Electrical, and Plumbing permits (only). 3. Supervision, coordination, and quality control of the work of all trades. 4. Documentation of existing and as-built conditions. 5. Submittals, shop drawings, and construction of mockups as required by the technical specifications. 6. Temporary weather protection for the building and interior finishes. 7. Cutting and patching adjacent materials as needed to restore existing finishes affected by the work, to complete the work. 8. Dispose of materials, equipment being removed, and construction debris in a legal manner off site.
