Construction started in March 2025 and ended in June 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project consists of milling, resurfacing, concrete work, excavation, and related items on Ada Street, State Street, Harrison Street, Moncel Drive, Montgomery Street, Monon Street and Salem Street within the Town of Francesville IN. Project would need to start in April or May 2025 and end 90 days after exception. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid proposal forms, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to Town of Francesville in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. Each bid shall include a Non-Discrimination Commitment and all other required forms as described in Indiana Code.
