Site work and paving for a road / highway in Francesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of October 20, 2025, a general contractor was awarded. Construction started in March 2025 and ended in June 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project consists of milling, resurfacing, concrete work, excavation, and related items on Ada Street, State Street, Harrison Street, Moncel Drive, Montgomery Street, Monon Street and Salem Street within the Town of Francesville IN. Project would need to start in April or May 2025 and end 90 days after exception. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid proposal forms, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to Town of Francesville in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. Each bid shall include a Non-Discrimination Commitment and all other required forms as described in Indiana Code. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Francesville Clerk-Treasurer, 100 N Brooks St, Francesville IN 47946. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Francesville Clerk-Treasurer's office by appointment Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am- 4:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing office as described below. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above .Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Clerk-Treasurer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must obtain their Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office to be included on the plain holders list; failure to do so may be considered non-responsive.
