RFB Request for Bid A sealed written request made to prospective suppliers requesting submission of a bid for goods or services. Advertised. Sealed bids have a state mandated dollar level. NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS. All documents (forms) herein and attached are required to be completed and returned with response. All questions must be answered within the online Question & Answer segment. No emailed, faxed or phone call question related to this bid will be responded to. The deadline for submitting questions on this bid is February 6, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Please acknowledge the City of Garland Terms and Condition in the "Attributes" section. **Lead times that are 20 weeks or less will be considered responsible. If no bidder meets this lead time, then the next best lead time meeting all specifications will be given more consideration. No Pre-Bid Conference Responses must be received by the due date and time established in this solicitation. If a response is received after this published date and time, it is considered a late response. Late responses will not be opened and the respondent will be notified that the response was rejected because it was not timely received. The City will either return the unopened response to the respondent at the respondent's expense or dispose of the response. A respondent may withdraw its response at any time prior to the closing date and time for the solicitation. The respondent's request to withdraw its response must be made in writing on company letterhead.
