Renovation of an educational facility in Waynesville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Waynesville High School Roof Replacement General Contractors to submit sealed bids for a roof replacement project for the Waynesville High School, located at 200 G. W. Lane Street, Waynesville, MO 65583. Remove existing EPDM roofmembrane and dispose of properly. NOTE: Existing roofinsulation will be left in place. o Furnish and install Vz' HD Plus polyiso coverboard mechanically fastened to roof deck. o Furnish and install Carlisle/Versico 60 mil gray TPO roofmembrane fully adhered to coverboard o Furnish and install Carlisle/Versico roofmembrane flashings to all roof penetrations as per manufacturer's specifications o Furnish a Carlisle/Versico manufacturer's 55 MPH wind/20 year labor and material warranty o Furnish and install walkway pads o Work is to be done immediately upon completion of and/or in conjunction with HVAC repairs being performed at same location. Awarded contractor to coordinate with HVAC contractor and District to ensure timely start and completion dates o Some areas ofroof have previously been replaced, including 9th Grade Center, Gymnasium, and kitchen areas. Bid will be for areas specified in mandatory pre-bid meeting.
