CONTRACT WORK DESCRIPTION: Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work including but limited to: traffic control, water pollution prevention, concrete curb ramps, cross-gutters, asphalt concrete patching, chain link fencing, root barriers, signage, property markers, and all related and necessary work as defined in the contract documents (the "Project"). All bidders shall notify the City of Santee to be added to the bidder's list if plans and specifications are downloaded from the City's website in order to receive any addendums to the contract documents. Bid Bond/Cashier's Check: 10%, Performance Bond: 100%, Material & Labor Bond: 100% Contractor License: California Classification "A" or "C-8" (required at time of bid submission).
