Renovation of a medical facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Work includes: 1. Relocation of the Same Day Admit, Day Surgery and Extended Day Surgery pre-op patient holding currently located in 3B!.02 to 2B5 Lab. 2. Expand Post-Anesthetic Care Unit 3B1.10 to vacated 3B1.02 to meet the national standard for PACU to OR ratio. 3. The proposed renovations of the existing Post-Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) and relocation of the Day Surgery area, which serves Day Surgery, Same Day Admit, and Extended Day Surgery pre-operative holding. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Construction procurement process is planned for the first quarter of 2026. *Altus Group is the Cost Consultant.
