A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company may be furnished in lieu of a certified check. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 calendar days after the date set for the opening. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids in whole or in part and waive any irregularities therein. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties
