Under the direction of the Environmental Coordinator or their designee, the consultant will primarily focus on conducting post-construction Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) Inspections. The consultant will verify and document that BMPs are being properly maintained, are operational, and functional as in accordance with the approved WQMP for the site being inspected, its maintenance agreement, and the City's MS4 Permit. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
