All materials, supplies, parts, etc. shall be American made where at all possible. The Contractor must be certified by Trane to conduct manufacturer warranty. 3. Obtain all necessary permits and coordinate and orchestrate appropriate notices, as may be required. 4. Dispose legally offsite all excess materials. 5. All work shall be conducted hourly and follow the prevailing rates and regulations of the Davis Bacon Act. 6. Delivery of parts and repairs must be completed within 24hrs of notice. The Work will be completed under a single prime contract.
