**As of March 17, 2025, the project was awarded to Hacienda Landscaping Inc, with an awarded amount of $249,565.50.** The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: The playground renovation includes removal of play equipment and associated paving and surfacing, and the installation of owner provided play equipment, benches, bike rack, and new pathways and surfacing, and other associated work at Larry Fink Park (1377 Clavey Rd., Highland Park, IL). The scope of work includes all the necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start March 10, 2025 and conclude by May 23, 2025. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the work or similar.
