Reference Number 0000376483 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:04/01/2025 Delivery Point 30 Wayne street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the "Village") wishes to develop a contract for the purchase of all doors and door hardware sets needed for the EMS addition at the Harmon Firehouse. The contractor will provide all materials necessary in order to compete the work as described on the approved plans. While drawings for the entire addition are included in this bid packet, the contractor should only consider supplying the doors and door hardware sets needed at this time. Contractor should specifically refer to pages A-3.0, A-6.0, and A-16. All doors and hardware sets except the two garage doors (labeled 103 and 104 on page A-3.0) and one interior roll-up door (labeled 105 on page A-3.0) should be included in this proposal. Question Acceptance Deadline 02/18/2025 10:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online Yes Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. *The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any Bid that does not comply with the biding specifications or where the bidder is found to not be responsible. The Village is not obligated to accept any Bid and may reject all Bids if it is in the best interests of the Village.
