The City of Sacramento, Department of Community Response is soliciting proposals to provide cleanup and litter abatement coverage, including homeless encampment cleanup within the City of Sacramento. Service hours shall be between 7:00am-5:00pm, 10 hours per day, seven days a week. In response to the Request for Proposals, the City anticipates receiving competitive pricing as well as an assurance of quality services. The City intends to award one contract, however, it may choose to award additional contracts as the City deems necessary to meet the City's needs. The proposed budget for this project/contract is to be determined. See section 3.4.C for budget submission requirements.
