A. Madison Area Technical College District, 1701 Wright Street, Madison, Wl 53704 is requesting bids for the items or services stated in accordance with the specifications and conditions as detailed. D. Project Description: In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Correction of multiple accessibility deficiencies at ten Madison College campus buildings and sites. Project sites are located throughout Madison College's district including campuses in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Portage, Reedsburg, and Watertown. 2. Site work includes ADA parking stalls and signage, concrete repair and replacement, and paver replacement. 3. Interior work includes remounting fixtures at ADA heights, new accessible casework and plumbing fixtures at sinks, accessibility improvements at plumbing fixtures, and associated selective removal, new finishes and other miscellaneous work. 4. The Truax building also includes a new safety shower (bid alternate 1) and gym exterior door replacement (bid alternate 2). 5. Work will occur during summer break, but the buildings and sites will remain occupied and operational during construction. F. Bid Bond is required. G. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
