Renovation of an educational facility in Farmersville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
FARMERSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS-WIDE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT, in accordance with all contract documents, including, but not limited to, connecting the modular buildings to concrete slab foundations, connecting the modular buildings to underground utilities, installation of a fire alarm system and low voltage to serve the modular buildings. CONTRACT AWARD: February 13, 2025 PROCURE MATERIALS: February 17 through March 14, 2025 SUBMITTALS REVIEW AND RESPONSES: February 17 through May 2025 START OF PROJECT: June 9, 2025 COMPLETION OF PROJECT: July 31, 2025 Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract amount issued by a California admitted surety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, are required, and shall be provided to the Owner prior to execution of the Contract and shall be in the form set forth in the Contract Documents.
