Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Work included under this Project consists of Mansfield University Campus currently operates both Simplex and Siemens fire alarm systems. The campus standard has transitioned to Siemens fire alarm systems. The central reporting stations for all fire alarm systems are located at Doane Center. The existing Siemens NCC headend is currently at it's end of life and needs replacement. The scope of work includes the complete replacement of the existing Siemens NCC with a new Siemens DMS headend/central reporting station. This replacement also includes the necessary work required to transition all the campus buildings (Grant Science Center, Spruce Student Housing, Sycamore Student Housing, Straughn Auditorium, and Decker Gymnasium Question Deadline 02/06/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Cut-off Date for Pre-Bid Questions, Submit Pre-Bid Questions by posting them at the Message Board, The SourcePoint Bid Event provides a message board for on-line questions and answers $270,000 - $285,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
