The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) process is to enter a contract with a qualified contractor ("Vendor") to obtain licensed and insured services for the district. The district is examining several alternatives of providing weekly grounds maintenance services including lawn mowing, brush mowing, weeding, tree/bush trimming and on occasion sprinkler system repair services. Upon review of bids submitted, the District may or may not elect to enter into a contractual agreement. This document is intended to provide interested vendors with sufficient basic information to submit technical and business qualifications.
