Harvey Volunteer Fire Department Maintenance Facility Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, and payable without condition to the owner. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Construction of a New Fire Department Maintenance Facility with all Interior and Exterior appurtenances, and Site Amenities as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. 2. Disposal of the existing Soil Overburden to locations as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications and as directed by the Owner. 3. Construction of a LADOTD compliant Street and appurtenances. 4. Provide Rough-In’s for Owner’s Security Systems as indicated on Drawings and Specification ype of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.5 WORK BY OWNER A. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. 1. Installation of Owner’s Security and Communication Equipment as described on Drawings and Specifications.
