Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 805 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe 550 LF 4" PVC Sanitary Service Pipe 950 LF 8" PVC Water Main Pipe 600 LF 1.25" HDPE Water Service Pipe 1,330 LF 15" - 18" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe 1,050 LF 4" - 6" PVC Drain Tile 1,370 CY Select Granular Borrow 4,100 SY Geotextile Fabric, Type 5 Non Woven 690 CY Aggregate Base, Class 5 2,050 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 3,500 SY Bituminous Mixture for Streets, 1.5" and 2" thick 1,815 LF Bituminous Wedge for Plow Protection 1,450 SY 5" Thick Concrete Sidewalk 2 AC Turf Restoration Together with structures, hydrants, valves, fittings, erosion control, restoration and related appurtenances. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the City of Maple Grove as obligee, certified check payable to the Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a cash deposit equal to 5 percent of the amount of the Bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the Bidder fails to enter into a Contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The City Council reserved the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. This Project consists of sanitary sewer, water main, house services, storm sewer, street improvements, concrete sidewalk, and concrete sidewalk within the Hennessey Grove Development.
