**As of June 5th 2025, the project was awarded to Rauhorn Electric Inc, with an awarded amount of $296,326.72.** Reference Number : 0000374043 Work to be done under this Contract is generally described as follows: Grand River Avenue HAWK Signal - the construction of a fully actuated HAWK signal on Grand River Avenue near Wells Street with cast-in-place concrete foundations, aluminum strain poles and span wires, handholes conduits, electrical wiring, push-button actuators, and all appurtenances; permanent, hot-applied, thermoplastic, pavement markings supporting the signal; approximately 440 square feet of 4" concrete sidewalk and 6" concrete ADA handicap-accessible ramps; grading and restoration of the work area with topsoil, seed, and mulch blanket; and, all other necessary and related work. Huron Valley Trail RRFBs - the work includes installing solar-powered RRFBs at the Milford Road and Grand River Avenue crossings of the existing Huron Valley Trail. The existing sidewalk, ramps, and pavement markings at these locations is sufficient for the intended application. The RRFBs will be installed in locations as shown on the plans that are compatible with the existing sidewalk and ramps. Minor restoration and re-seeding of disturbed areas may be required as well.
