This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc to overlay all roads and parking lots in Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary, at 11704 Fenno Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 as per details in the Scope of Work. Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) subcontracting goal is 0% 1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc. necessary to overlay all roads and parking lots in Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary, at 11704 Fenno Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. 2. This project incudes but not limited to the following: a. Saw cut road, excavate to, and remove an existing 60' long 18" diameter corrugated metal culvert pipe. b. Install a new 60' long 24" diameter concrete culvert pipe with concrete flared ends in location of removed pipe. c. Provide a loaded dump truck for a "proof roll" top determine areas to be patched. d. Patch repair various areas of the road and parking lots, approximately 450 sq. yds, using Unit Price #2. e. Spray herbicide on all vegetation within roadways and parking lot areas. f. Mill asphalt in areas approaching concrete curbs, road connections, etc. g. Install a 2" surface course over all existing roadways and parking lots, approximately 13,700 sq. yds. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date of the contract.
