Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The County's Construction Manager, Wharton-Smith, Inc., is soliciting proposals from subcontractors for the construction of the St. Johns County Sportsplex and Central Community Park under RFQ 1530. This procurement package encompasses the development of a new 40-acre Sportsplex and a 10-acre Central Community site. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following components: (1) Sitework, Utilities, and Paving; (2) Athletic Play Fields and Surfaces, inclusive of associated equipment; and (3) Electrical Gear, limited to the Main Distribution Panel (MDP) All inquiries and communications pertaining to the subcontractor procurement package must be directed exclusively to Wharton-Smith, Inc. Please note that the County will not respond to questions, issue addenda, or provide updates concerning the procurement of subcontractor proposals being managed by Wharton-Smith, Inc.
