Notice to Proceed on or around May 12, 2025 The scope of work includes furnishing and installing new diesel generators and automatic transfer switches on two sites along with replacement of the existing electrical power services, associated metering, and service equipment. New service laterals will be underground. The new service at Mockingbird Drive will be 300 amperes, 3-phase at 480Y277 volts. The service at Sherrod Road will be 175 amperes, 1-phase at 120/240 Volts. The generator at Mockingbird Drive will be 125kW/156kVA. The generator at Sherrod Road will be 40kW/50kVA. The project contractor shall furnish and install all items shown on the contract documents including protection bollards. Contractor shall also provide all necessary labor and materials required for excavation, cutting and patching of concrete/paving, removal of the old metering and service equipment and re-connection of existing pump station equipment. Service cut-overs from existing to new must be scheduled with KUB at their convenience and must be planned and performed in a manner that minimizes downtime for the existing pump stations. The Work shall be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to initiation of the Work activities.
