Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of November 6, 2025, project has been awarded. USC is seeking architectural and engineering services for replacement of the roof membrane and associated flashing at the Wellness & Fitness Center. The project will also include replacement of the building soffit coating and joint sealants throughout, the professional services will include assessment of the column enclosures for repair or replacement. All written communication with parties submitting information will be via email. To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of resume submission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
