The work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists the replacement of two 15,000 gallon UST (Underground Storage Tank), and associated pumps, piping, dispensers, sumps, sensors and wiring. The existing fuel management system and tank monitor system will remain and be utilized for control and monitoring of all new equipment. The contractor will be responsible for all TCEQ requirments, testing and reporting related to the removal of the existing USTs and haul-off of existing backfill. B. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, structural steel, masonry, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm.
