Abate hazardous materials, identified in "Hazardous Building Materials Inspection Report" by Atlas Technical Consultants LLC, dated June 12, 2024. Follow Massachusetts State Regulations for abatement and disposal. C. Replace the roofing assemblies and roof edge construction and perform other miscellaneous repairs where identified on the drawings. Repair deteriorated and damaged metal roof deck. Replace deteriorated unit masonry blocks. Repoint deteriorated unit masonry mortar joints. Grout unit masonry blocks. Provide wall waterproofing membrane and through-wall flashing. Seal cracks in masonry walls and concrete slabs. Perform fulldepth slab-on-grade concrete repairs. Provide new open web steel joists and crane framing. Replace overhead door lintel bottom flange plates. Replace sealant joints at overhead door jambs, person doors, windows, louvers, wall penetrations, and control joints. Replace a damaged overhead door. Replace windows. Provide person door sweeps, closers, and thresholds. Paint overhead door jambs and lintels, roof joists and crane framing, person doors, exterior slab edge metal, louvers, underside of metal roof deck, and interior face of unit masonry walls. Apply penetrating sealer to exterior wall facade and exterior concrete slabs. Replace roof and floor drains and floor drain lines. Provide new oil and water separator. Replace existing water fountain with a new eyewash station. Replace light photocells. Perform other miscellaneous work shown and specified in the drawings.
