Location Riverside County, California Notice Text NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Perris Elementary School District ("District") is seeking proposals pursuant to Education Code 17400 et seq. from pre-qualified firms for Lease-Leaseback Construction Services ("LLB")entities qualified to provide to the District a full range of LLB services for the District's proposed NEW 2-STORYCLASSROOM BUILDING & KITCHEN EXPANSION PROJECT ("Project"). The Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The LLB services will include, but are not necessarily limited to, pre-construction services including constructability review, cost estimates, scheduling, value engineering, and as well as all phases of construction services. -As further described in the RFQ/P, the winning proposal(s) will be that which offers the best value to the Districts determined pursuant to the best value criteria and evaluation process set forth in the RFP. Upon selection of the best value firm, the District will endeavor to negotiate a mutually agreeable LLB agreement with the selected firm. In the event that the District is unable to reach an agreement, the District will proceed, at its sole discretion, to negotiate with the next firm selected by the District. The District reserves the right to waive any minor or immaterial deviations in the RFP or the proposals received, and/or to reject all proposals if so determined by the District's governing board.
