Renovation of a medical facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems. All areas are to be demolished down to the existing metal roof deck and replaced with new 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane over 2 layers of 2.2" rigid insulation & 1/2 " cover board. Tapered insulation shall be used at all drainage crickets & saddles. New coping cap, expansion joint, & control joint flashings shall be installed at existing locations. New waterheads & downspouts shall be provided at existing locations : Site visit participants shall follow any applicable health and safety guidelines for all Commonwealth of Kentucky construction projects. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE SITE VISIT. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. Question Deadline 02/10/2025 All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the bidding documents shall be directed in writing to the purchasing officer. Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered.
