City of Saginaw Invitation to Bid The City of Saginaw invites bids for the installation of cantilevered style carports for the Saginaw Police Department, 505 West McLeroy Blvd. Tube steel post, steel secondary framing, concrete piers, standard sheets, trim, and paint. Standard 9'x18'spacing. There are 3 structures. A 9-space, 4-space, and 14-space structure totaling 27 spaces. There are 2 spaces within the 14-space structure that are 13' wide and 14' wide and this structure is to be 10' high. All other structures to be regular height. Pre-bid site visit is suggested. The City may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after bid opening. The City of Saginaw reserves the right to reject any and all bids and act in the best interest of the City of Saginaw.
