Reference number: 1848447 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-06 Replacement of the Water Tower at École Polyvalente Nicolas-Gatineau, 360 boulevard de la Vérendrye Est, Gatineau, Québec, J8P 6K7. Work includes: Dismantling the old water tower: Disconnecting piping, draining water, and removing materials from the existing tower. Site preparation: Removal and construction of a new foundation. Installation of new chillers: Setting up the new structure, connecting inlet and outlet pipes, and installing equipment. Temporary rental of a water tower Testing and commissioning: Leak-testing, checking that equipment and control systems are working properly. Work may begin as of April 1, 2025, and must be completed by December 19, 2025. No work will be permitted during the summer construction vacations from July 19 to August 3, 2025.
