A general description of the Work to be performed: property and facilities management services to the Owner, including maintenance, or causing the maintenance, of all property located within the Project and keep the Project in a manner suitable for public use, source, negotiate and manage contracts for pest control, trash removal, snow removal, sidewalk maintenance, landscaping and other services in the ordinary course of the economical and efficient operation of the Project, and designate a representative or representatives to act in a supervisory capacity for the oversight of all maintenance and contracted services for the Owner relative to the maintenance of the Project. Bidders are hereby advised that the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest.
