Pueblo County Work generally consists of, but is not limited to, all work necessary to crush a total of approximately 40,000 tons of Class V Crushed Gravel for Pueblo County. A 5% bid bond shall accompany each bid received. If only one site is bid, the amount of the bid bond shall be based upon that amount. If a bid is submitted for both sites, the amount of the bid bond shall be based on the total of both sites. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Performance and Labor Bonds will be based on the total amount awarded to a contractor.
