Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

South Metershed Improvements Phase 1 Project includes 1,445' of 10" sanitary sewer, 5,076' of 12" - 54" storm sewer, and 1,754' of 8" water line. Project also includes mill and overlay of 2,800' of roadway and re-grading of 4 residential intersections with new sidewalks and ADA compliant ramps located within the Village of Ashville. It is anticipated that the work will commence in April 2025 and be completed by April 2026. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond shall accompany each bid as required by Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to the sum of the bid submitted by each contractor. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a cashier's check, certified check, or letter of credit for ten percent of the contractor's bid as bid security. When a check or a letter of credit is used the bidder shall be required to post a 100 percent labor and material payment bond, upon the signing of the contract.
