The RM of Francis invites tenders for gravel crushing at one location within the RM W1/2 SE 24-16-13 W2 approximately 36,000 to 40,000 cubic yards of road gravel material. Contact: Shala Kanasevich Phone: (306)245-3256 Email: info@rmoffrancis.ca A bidder may, without prejudice to himself, withdraw his tender at any time up to within two (2) hours of the time specified in Clause 1.1. The tenders received will be valid for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of the opening of the tender Council reserves the right to consider tenders with minor omissions provided that the bidder, if successful in the tender awarding, can rectify the omission within five (5) days of the tender being awarded. The R.M. may request that the successful Bidder obtain a performance bond and/or a labour and materials payment bond related to this project, which are to be included in the final negotiated agreement. Starting date and completion date (must be completed by September 30th, 2025 If your signed tender is accepted by Council, the submitted tender will become a binding contract. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted
