Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Calgary, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the construction of a 16,727-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 86,477-square-foot educational facility.
Calgary Foundations for the Future Charter Academy (FFCA) Quarry Park Modernization and Gym Addition. Plans call for retrofit of the existing Quarry Park Professional Centre and construction of a new gymnasium for grades 9-12. The existing building is approx. 8,034m2 and the area of the new gymnasium will be approx. 1,554m2. An outdoor soccer or football field will be included on the existing parking area on the south side of the building. Project Delivery Method will be Design-Bid-Build (DBB). TIMELINE: Planning and design work is underway. Scope of work and schedules for working drawings, tender and construction may be confirmed fall 2025.
