This roadway consists of +1,334-LF of secondary arterial road, water, drainage and related improvements. The project is located +1.3-miles southeast of the intersection of Claiborne Rd & WT Montgomery Rd, inside the San Antonio ETJ, Bexar County, Texas. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest qualified bidder. Bidders are required to included references and provide a list of past relative projects The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.
