Renovation of a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

2025 Roofing Work, Naperville Central High School and Steeple Run Elementary School. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Draft, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and made payable to the Board of Education, Naperville Community Unit School District 203. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Owner. Checks or drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as practicable after opening and checking the bids. Successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract, acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Pre bid meeting description: Following the review of Naperville Central High School, the pre-bid meeting will then proceed to Steeple Run Elementary School located at 6S151 Steeple Run Drive, Naperville, Illinois 60540 where bidders are also invited to tour the areas of work.
