The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The park improvements include: new parking lots, asphalt walking trails, covered picnic pavilions, playground equipment, park building construction/renovation, and other work. This project is expected to be funded all or in party by the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (OPB) through State and Local Fiscal Recovery Program.
