Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Ramay Junior High Interior Painting Project 1. Installer qualifications A. Contractor shall have on-site communication. B. Contractor shall be licensed and bonded through the state of Arkansas. C. Any contractor used for painting shall be required to furnish proof of insurance. D. Contractor must have a building facility or office within a 75 mile radius of the David Tate maintenance facility (520 S Root Ave, Fayetteville, Ar 72701). E. Must list three references of comparable projects in the past two years. F. Any contractor used for painting shall be required to furnish the owner with a Performance Bond. 2. Paint specifications A. Paint will be broken out in two different line items. Sherwin Williams Cashmere line and Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 line. B. Price liquid sander precoat up to 5 feet high. C. All exterior doors and door jambs will be painted using an oil based paint. D. Light (not extensive) caulking cracks and sheetrock repair. E. A site walk with the building owner prior to bidding will be mandatory. The date and time will be specified to each in the newspaper ad.
