Site work, paving and renovation of an educational facility in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call civil work for a post-secondary education facility.

Project consists of a multi-purpose trail and greenway corridor, generally running north-south along the west boundary of the University Village development. The site improvements associated with the project are proposed to be installed in three (3) phases as delineated in the construction drawings. Phase I of the work will include the construction of the section of the trail connecting the sidewalk along the south side of US30 to the approximate future tie in to the sidewalk at Regents Boulevard. In addition, two (2) seating alcoves with specialty pavement, site furnishings, concrete pedestal for a future wayfinding feature, and a seat wall will be constructed. Pedestrian scale light poles will run the length of the trail segment. Landscaping in this phase will involve native grass and perennial seeding through this area of the greenway corridor. Phase II of the work include additional landscaping, trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and turfgrass sod installed within the Phase I limits of work. Phase III of work will include the installation of the trail, two 2 seating alcoves, lighting elements, and all landscaping from the Phase I limit of work near Regents Boulevard south to Railroad Street as delineated om the drawings.
