Reference Number 0000373983 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Westminster is soliciting bids for Quiet Zone Construction, specifically the railroad crossings, at Lowell Blvd., Bradburn Blvd., and W. 72nd Ave. All of these crossings deal with Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway as the railroad entity. This project will involve curb and gutter, raised medians, pavement marking, pavement patching/removal, and signage. This project is federally funded and will require federal compliance forms, wages, and procedures.
