Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the replacement and improvement of the existing dock wall, totalling approximately 520 linear feet, located east of State Street along the north side of the East Canal Basin adjacent to Presque Isle Bay within the City of Erie. The replacement dock wall will be constructed utilizing anchored steel sheet piles embedded and pinned into the underlying bedrock. The work will also include over 680 linear feet of new concrete walkway construction, fabricated steel railings, backfill placement and grading, etc. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
