Lynnville Sully Community School District - Elementary School Renovation. Bid Package #02 - Demolition & Abatement Bid Package #06 - General Construction Bid Package #06.1 - Framing, Drywall, Painting, & Ceilings Bid Package #22 - Plumbing & Mechanical Bid Package #26 - Electrical & Low Voltage Systems Target dates: start work June 2nd , 2025, complete work June 2nd , 2026. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to the Bid, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contract. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty [30] business days after the date and hour set for opening of bids. The Board of Directors of the LSCSD reserves the right to conduct such investigations as it deems necessary to assist in the evaluation of any apparent low bidder to establish the qualifications, experience, number of employees, and responsibility of the bidder to do the work.
