Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flagstaff, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Flagstaff is seeking to acquire up to 200 public parking spaces within the Park Flag Parking Management District (see attached map - Exhibit B). The City is seeking a minimum of 99 spaces within 600 feet walking distance of the Municipal County Courthouse located at101 West Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. Both standard and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible parking spaces are needed. At least five (5) of the spaces need to be ADA accessible per Flagstaff City Code. The City is seeking proposals from property owners to generate any number of those spaces. No minimum number of parking spaces needs to be proposed. City will manage all City parking spaces (paid parking), including signage and metering. City will negotiate with property owner regarding ongoing maintenance of parking spaces (e.g. snow removal, pavement, striping) City is seeking cost-effective parking solutions. City is primarily seeking long-term parking solutions, but also has short-term parking needs.
