Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Kentucky. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Cement Concrete for City Projects The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item or group of items in the bid. In case of error in extending the total amount of the bid, the unit price will govern. Any questions may be directed to Jenna Basham, Project Manager, at jlbasham@hendersonky.gov Upon approval by the City of Henderson Board of Commissioners the successful bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract based on these bid specifications effective through March 31, 2026. Upon written agreement by both parties the contract may be extended for one or two additional one-year (1) periods effective through March 31, 2027 and March 31, 2028, if renewed both years. Should the contract be extended for one or two additional years, all other provisions of the original contract shall still apply
