OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to perform pipe testing, repairs, and insulation for Sunmount DDSOO Building 2, Unit 1 Crawlspace located at 2445 State Route 30, Tupper Lake, NY 12986. Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project. Discretionary procurements between $50,000 and $750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions regarding the Scope of Work for this procurement should be submitted via email to: mark.g.woods@opwdd.ny.gov The Contractor will provide pipe testing, repairs, and insulation to Building 2, Unit 1 Crawlspace for OPWDD Sunmount DDSOO. The Contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work. Work is to be completed within 60 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid and Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of crawlspace pipe testing, repairs, and insulation, and before the removal of equipment, the Contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent or their representative.
